If you're anything like us, comfort is probably key in your wardrobe now. At Yahoo Canada, we've been working from home for a little more than nine weeks — and we're definitely all feeling like frequently putting on jeans and blouses is a lot to ask right now.
One of the work from home wardrobe essentials that our entire team seems to lean on time and time again is a sweatshirt. Whether it's a brightly coloured logo sweatshirt or an Ariana Grande-style oversized number, we find that this basic makes us feel (at least slightly) put together while still allowing us maximum comfort.

Oversized silhouettes and solid colours are what makes this wardrobe must-have the perfect pairing for any bottom of your choice — leggings, joggers, jeans, biker shorts, you name it. But after pitching the idea of reviewing these sweatshirts, I thought to myself: Well, a sweatshirt is just a sweatshirt.
I really wasn't expecting much out of this Frank and Oak number, but then I put it and now here we are. Aside from its versatility, this sweater offers a super soft feel without being heavy and hot. I wear it while working from home and I even wear it beyond loungewear for my morning runs and outdoor afternoon workouts. It's cozy enough for all-day wear and it's super lightweight.
What I like most about it is, unlike the tons of sweatshirts I have in my closet, this one has a more fitted and classic silhouette which gives it a more polished look. I definitely see myself styling this sweatshirt with a fitted mini skirt once the weather starts to warm up! If you prefer a baggier fit, I suggest going up two sizes.

I'm a huge fan of sweatshirts, and on any given day you'll likely find me bundled up in one of my many (many) cozy options. I tend to run cold and have fairly sensitive skin, so nothing beats the softness and comfort of a fleece hoodie or sweatshirt when I'm relaxing at home. That said, I found the weight of the weight of the Organic Cotton Gym Fleece sweatshirt a little on the light side for my liking. I stuck with my usual size and really liked the slightly oversized fit of this sweatshirt, but just prefer something a little warmer for my everyday wear.
Here in Toronto it's still unseasonably cold for May, so I've been sticking with my heavy knits and warmer sweaters while working from home. I'm sure that in a few weeks, this will be my go-to sweater, especially since I've been loving the way the forest green and slouchy silhouette pairs with my favourite gold jewelry for a mix of casual and glam.
